Seasonal pitch management: Seasonal pitches: let a pitch for the season, paid in instalments.

Let a pitch to one guest for the whole season, at a price you agree. PootlrHost books the pitch for the season, sends the guest a link for each payment and keeps track of what’s been paid.

How it works.

Included on every plan. Switch it on in Settings when you want it.

01

The pitch is theirs for the season

Choose the pitch and the dates the season starts and ends, up to a year. It has to be free for the whole season, and once it’s set up it’s taken on your website and on your other booking sites, Pitchup included.

02

A payment plan in a few taps

Enter the price for the season, a deposit and its due date, and how many monthly payments follow. Make the plan and, before you save it, change any payment’s name, amount or date. It has to add up to the season’s price exactly.

03

A link for every payment

Each payment has its own link. A week before a payment is due, PootlrHost emails the guest its link, once. Their stay page shows their payment plan, with a button to pay the next one.

04

By card, or another way

Card payments go through Stripe into your bank and are marked paid by themselves, with an email to you. Paid by bank transfer, cash or another way? Mark it paid, and undo it if you got it wrong.

05

No booking fee

There’s no PootlrHost booking fee on a seasonal pitch, on either plan. Stripe’s card fee comes off each card payment.

06

See who’s paid

The Seasonal pitches list shows what’s paid and what’s still to pay. A late payment shows in red, and every payment shows in your payments report.

A season, start to finish.

A pitch let from March to October for £1,800, step by step.

01

You set it up

Add the guest, choose their pitch and the season’s dates, and enter £1,800 for the season.

02

You make the plan

A £300 deposit due in February, then six monthly payments of £250 from March. PootlrHost names each payment after its month.

03

The guest gets the plan

They’re emailed the whole plan, with a link to pay each payment. The pitch is taken on your website and other booking sites for the season.

04

A week before each payment

PootlrHost emails them that payment’s link. They pay by card, or pay you another way and you mark it paid.

05

The season’s paid

When the last payment is in, the seasonal pitch shows as paid, on its booking and in your reports.
