Caravan site booking software: Touring pitches, hook-ups and seasonals, booked properly.

For touring parks and caravan sites. Hardstanding and grass, hook-ups and awnings, club members, rallies and seasonal pitches, on your own website with booking built in. Keep Pitchup and your club listings alongside.

Booking a stay on a campsite website: choosing a pitch for the dates, with the price for the stay

Every pitch, as it really is.

Set up each pitch type with its own price, what’s underfoot, whether it has a hook-up, who can stay and what it takes. Guests say what they’re bringing, and a pitch it won’t fit says so before they book.

Hardstanding, grass and tent pitches
Electric hook-up, with the amps in its description
Tents, trailer tents, caravans, twin-axles, motorhomes and campervans
The longest each pitch takes, awning included
Awnings, dogs and extra cars as extras
A price for the pitch, or by the person
Seasons, arrival days and minimum stays

Club members, rallies and seasonals.

The guests a touring park sees most, each handled the way you already do it.

01

Club membership numbers

Ask for a Caravan and Motorhome Club number, a Camping and Caravanning Club number, or either, for every pitch type or just some. It’s kept on the guest’s record, and filled in for them when they use Book again.

02

Rallies in one go

A rally asks for the pitches it needs as one request, for the same dates. You accept or decline it, and the group pays with one link.

03

Seasonal pitches

Let a pitch for the season with a payment plan. The guest is emailed a link a week before each payment, and pays by card or another way, with no £1 booking fee.

Keep Pitchup and your club listings.

Pitchup bookings come into your calendar within a couple of minutes, with the guest’s details, and Pitchup hears straight away when you sell a night. Members still find you in their club’s directory: when they ring, add the booking yourself, free, and your availability stays right everywhere.

Illustrative example. Stripe’s card fee (1.5% + 20p on standard UK cards) comes out of card payments, seasonal instalments included, before they reach you. Guests are never charged it. Prices shown are the full price — we’re not VAT-registered, so there’s no VAT to add.

What it doesn’t do.

Better you know now than after you’ve moved.

  • No caravan storage. PootlrHost lets pitches by the night and for the season, but doesn’t manage storage.
  • No link to the clubs’ booking systems. Bookings that come through a club, or by phone, you add yourself.
  • No meters or barriers. It doesn’t connect to electricity meters or number-plate barriers.
  • No holiday-home owners. It’s built for touring pitches and glamping, not static caravans sold to owners.

Touring park owners ask us.

Anything else, get in touch and we’ll help.

Yes. Say which kinds each pitch type takes, from tents to twin-axle caravans and motorhomes, and the longest it can fit, from 2 to 25 metres including the awning. Guests can say what they’re bringing and how long it is, and a pitch it won’t fit says so before they book.

Yes, in words. Each pitch type says whether it has an electric hook-up, and you can add the amps, such as “16 amp hook-up”, to its description and what’s included. Guests can’t search by amps.

Yes. Ask for a Caravan and Motorhome Club number, a Camping and Caravanning Club number, or either, and make it a must if you need it. We check it looks like a membership number, but don’t check it with the club.

Yes. Switch on group bookings, and a rally can ask for several pitches for the same dates as one request. You accept or decline it, and they pay with one link. You can let a group book the whole site, too.

Yes, on both plans. Let a pitch to one guest for the season with a payment plan, paid by card from a link or another way. CL and CS sites are for touring units, and the clubs generally don’t allow seasonal pitches on them, so check with your club.

Yes. Connect it with your Pitchup API key: its bookings come in within a couple of minutes with the guest’s details, and your availability on Pitchup is updated straight away. Hipcamp, Campsites.co.uk and Booking.com link by calendar link.

No. PootlrHost lets pitches by the night and for the season, but it doesn’t manage storage.
