Questions about prices.

Anything else, get in touch and we’ll help.

Yes. You add a card when you choose your plan. On Pay As You Go it’s for the £1 booking fees, and nothing is charged until a guest books online. On Pro it pays the monthly fee, which starts the day you move to Pro.

Only bookings guests make online: on your website, your booking page or a booking widget. Bookings you add yourself (phone, email and walk-ups), bookings you import and bookings that come in from other booking sites are free.

When a guest pays by card, the £1 comes out of that payment. For bookings paid on arrival, we add up the fees and charge your card once a month.

Yes. You can pass it on as a £1 service fee. Guests see it next to your prices before they choose dates, and it’s in every total they see, however they pay.

No. We’re not VAT-registered, so there’s no VAT to add: the prices on this page are what you pay.

Each campsite has its own plan. One Pro plan covers one campsite, and your other campsites stay on Pay As You Go, paying £1 for their own online bookings.

Whenever you like, from Plan & billing. Moving to Pro starts the £24.99 monthly fee that day. Leaving Pro ends it straight away, with no refund for the month, and the £1 booking fee applies from then on.

Not at the moment. Texts to guests are optional and switched off to start. If they ever cost extra, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before.

Stripe charges 1.5% + 20p on each card payment. It comes out of the payment before it reaches your bank, on every plan. Guests never pay it: UK law doesn’t allow card surcharges, so guests pay the same price however they pay.

Only pay when guests book.
