Five pitches, booked properly.
PootlrHost works for Certificated Locations as well as it does for bigger sites. Take bookings online, take a deposit or let guests pay on arrival, and send everyone clear directions to your gate.
A small site has its own problems.
Running a CL alongside a farm, a job or a family means the diary can’t take over your day.
Every booking matters
With a handful of pitches, a missed call can be a missed weekend. Online booking fills the diary without the back-and-forth.
Hard to find
Guests often arrive down unmarked lanes with no signal. Their guest guide has directions, what3words and your house rules, and once they’ve opened it, it works with no signal.
Open when you choose
Seasonal or weekends only, Pay As You Go costs nothing in the months you’re closed.
Set it up the way you already run it.
Your rules, your prices and your regulars all carry over. Nothing about how you run the site has to change.

See full pricingIllustrative example. Stripe’s card fee (1.5% + 20p on each card payment) comes out of card payments before they reach you; guests are never charged it. Guests who pay on arrival pay you directly. Prices shown are the full price — we’re not VAT-registered, so there’s no VAT to add.

Yes. Pay As You Go has no monthly fee, so a small site pays £1 for each online booking, plus Stripe’s card fee when a guest pays by card. Bookings you add yourself are free.
No. Every site gets a website with booking built in, on a free pootlrhost.co.uk address or your own domain.
Of course. Add phone bookings yourself, with no booking fee, so every booking sits in one calendar and your online availability stays right.
Set your season and arrival rules, and close the calendar the rest of the year. On Pay As You Go there’s nothing to pay while you’re closed.
If they pay by card, yes: the booking is confirmed there and then. If you let guests pay on arrival, their booking comes to you as a request to accept, so you stay in charge of who comes.
Let the diary fill itself.
Set up in about ten minutes. Free to sign up. We ask for a card for the £1 booking fees, and nothing is charged until a guest books online.
